This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for the official site of Anita Predictions® located at (“the Website”), but does not apply to any third party web sites that may be linked to it, or any relationships you may have with the businesses listed on the Website. Skill S.R.L. (SKILL) created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. All references to "we" or "us" herein refer to SKILL.

The following discloses how we collect and use the personal information you provide on the Website for your use of the services or when you purchase products from SKILL, features and content offered by us (collectively referred to as the “the Services”). It also describes the choices available to you regarding the use of your personal information and how you can access and update your personal information.

We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Due to the nature of our business, we may hold or store your data on our servers. This can be in the form of email messages, attachments, files, or databases. What Information Do We Gather About You?

The information we gather falls into two categories:
Personally identifiable information, which includes personal information you supply when you register to use the Services and provide your email address or provide your friends’ emails addresses and
Non-personally identifiable information, collected through technology, which includes tracking information collected as you navigate the Website.

In addition to information collected as described above, you may choose to share additional information about yourself through the Services. We will also use your email address to notify you about new services, special promotional programs, promotional offers or any information related to the Services.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy

Registration to the Website via Third-Party Tools

You can log-on, create an account or enhance your profile at the Website through Facebook, Google+, Twitter and other social networking web sites that are featured on the Website. By doing this, you are asking these social networking web sites to send us certain information from your profile with them, and you will be authorizing us to collect, store, and use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We treat that information as we do any other information you give to us when you log on, register or create a profile. After you have connected, these web sites will also send us additional information from your profile that allows us to display a social networking module on the pages you view. We do not store this additional information.

Social Media Widgets

The Website includes social media features, buttons and widgets provided by third party social media platforms such as Facebook, Google+ and Twitter (collectively, the “Features”). These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. The Features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on the Website. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Contests, Sweepstakes and Special Offers

We collect personal information such as your first name, your last name, and a unique email address in connection with optional sweepstakes, contests or special offers. If this information is to be shared with a third party other than SKILL, you will be notified at the time of collection. If you do not want any personal information shared, you may always decline to participate in the sweepstakes, contest or special offer.

Opting Out

At any time, you can notify us that you wish to stop receiving emails by either:
(a) Following the "unsubscribe" instructions located near the bottom of each email
(b) Contacting us at requesting that we remove your email from our database. To do so please include your email and put "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Before we are able to provide you with any information, correct any inaccuracies, or delete any information, however, we may ask you to verify your identity.

Others' Information

If you choose to invite your friends to join the Website by using sharing features made available in the Services or send an email regarding a product/service to a friend, we will ask you for your friend’s email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Website. We store this information for the purpose of sending this one-time email and a maximum of three email reminders and tracking the success of the sharing features or referral program.

You can also import contacts from your email account address book to invite your friends to the Website. We collect the username and password for the email account from which you wish to import your contacts and will only use it for this purpose. We will not store username or password information for any email account you import contacts from.

Disclosure Of Information

We may disclose your personal information or information about your activities as a user of the Services to third parties in a good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
(a) enforce or apply our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy;

We use this information to contact and, if necessary, remind that person that he or she has been invited to join the Services or receive content from the Services.

Web Beacons
