Personal information means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed, i.e. anonymous data.

  • Contact Data email address

    We use your anonymized IP address and/or country preference to approximate your location to provide you with a better Service experience. How much of this information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access the Services.

Where we store and process your data

Due to the nature of our business, we may hold or store your data on our servers. This can be in the form of email messages, attachments, files, or databases. We will not deliberately reveal such data to any third party, unless required by the applicable law.

We may transfer your data for backup and disaster recovery purposes. Such copies will be treated with the same confidentiality as its originals.
We use data hosting service providers in the United States to host and process the information we collect, and we use technical measures to secure your data. While we implement safeguards designed to protect your information, no security system is impenetrable and due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that data, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, is absolutely safe from intrusion by others. By using the Services and providing any personal information, you are consenting to the transfer of data from your country to the United States where laws regarding processing of personal information may be less stringent than the laws in your country, and you are consenting to the processing of your personal information in conformance with this policy.

Why we collect and process your data

Opting Out & Data Retention

At any time, you can notify us that you wish to stop receiving emails by either:

  • Following the "unsubscribe" link within any email we have sent you.
  • Reply to any email we have sent and request that we remove your email from our database. To do so please include your email and put "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.

You may also contact us via email and request that we delete your information. Before we are able to provide you with any information, correct any inaccuracies, or delete any information, however, we may ask you to verify that you are the owner of the email address in question.

Any contact details stored on our client relationship management database will be removed from our mailing lists if they do not interact with our emails (i.e. open emails or click on links within them) for a certain period following which they will be moved to an archive folder before being deleted permanently.

Please note, however, that we may need to retain certain information (such as the anonymized IP address and the encrypted email address) for record keeping purposes, to comply with our legal obligations.

Where we retain information for improvement and further development of the Services, we take steps to eliminate information that directly identifies you, and we only use the information to uncover collective insights about the use of the Services, not to specifically analyze personal characteristics about you.

Statistical Analysis

We perform statistical, demographic and marketing analyses of users of the Services, and their subscribing patterns, for product development purposes and to generally inform advertisers about the nature of our subscriber base. We use this information for analysis purposes

Relevant Advertising

We may use demographic and preference information to allow advertising on the Website to be targeted, in aggregate, to the users for whom they are most pertinent. This means users see advertising that is most likely to interest them, and advertisers send their messages to people who are most likely to be receptive, improving both the viewer's experience and the effectiveness of the ads.
